Logistics projects
Development of logistics services in one of the aims of regional development in Kemi-Tornio Region and The Bothnian Arc. Northern Finland has borders with Sweden, Russia and Norway. This is one of the reasons why ogistics is essential part of the project of University of Oulu which are implemented in Kemi-Tornio Region. One of the goals is to improve the local transport acitivities especially in the route via Centre Europa to the Barents Region. This requires different kind of actions in the fields of research, development and education.
